This photo was taken as part of a "Day In the Life Of" Flickr group for March 20. The idea was to take pictures of your day. I stopped taking pictures around 4:00 because I got busy and forgot to keep shooting! The ones I did manage to get are here if you want to check them all out.
The theme for the day was "front door" and it was left up to the individual participants to interpret it, if they chose to do so at all. You know I had to as best I could, although most of my interpretations could be called "loose" at best! For me it was a pretty typical Monday, although this project made me actually stop and look around a bit. It was a fun challenge to try to make as many photos fit the theme as possible!

That is simply beautiful.
Flowers. Outside. In March. I am purple with jelously. Or maybe that's just because I'm cold. Flurries here today. Which means light snow fall just in case such a word is not in your vocabulary. If this is the kind of thing that you get to look at in March, no wonder you got distracted.
Yep! I don't know what those are in the picture, but already the daffodils are over, the jasmine is in full bloom, azaleas are almost at their peak, and the wisteria is getting started. Spring is one of the best reasons to be in the south!
